the commute this morning was somehow worse than usual. holiday shopping drivers are a different breed

december 29th thoughts: why do we act like january first is magic. it's just tuesday

ran six miles today and felt like a superhero for exactly twenty minutes. then the soreness set in

someone cut me off and then had the audacity to wave like it was all good. sir that's not how this works

just ordered new workout gear that i definitely don't need but absolutely want. the box owns my wallet

step count was barely 7k today. cozy indoor season is hitting different this year

january training plan is already 60% complete because apparently planning my pain is a hobby

traffic was so bad today i finished an entire podcast episode in the parking lot. rewarded myself with the good coffee

winter running gear debate: do i look cool or just like im about to rob a gas station 🤔

woke up sore in places i didn't know could get sore. today's WOD is going to be humble pie

took tomorrow off. rest day. i don't know what to do with myself

my box's holiday party is next week and i'm bringing competitive energy to the relay races. people should prepare #community

audiobook is SO good i keep missing my stop on the commute. that's dangerous but also kind of worth it

the gym was packed today. apparently new year's resolution season is starting early

hit a new deadlift PR today and immediately texted like four people. pretty sure nobody cares but i had to tell someone

meal prepped chicken and rice for five days. also bought three holiday cookies. balance 🍗

december weather is truly personal. freezing rain AND wind like just pick one

podcast rec: that true crime one everyone's been talking about. finally get why people are obsessed

new running shoes came in and they're already beat to hell. worth it though 🏃

just realized i haven't taken a real rest day in like two weeks. the box doesn't close so neither do i apparently
