the weather was literally beautiful yesterday and today it snowed. pick a season. any season. just PICK ONE

valentine's day gym crowd was something else. so much couple energy. just me and my dumbbells out here thriving solo

transit delay this morning meant i was late to the gym which means less rest between sets which means actually a better workout. chaos = gains
