had the most chaotic commute and then came home to peaceful seedlings under grow lights. they get it.

new gym shorts arrived and they're already my favorite. is that weird or is that just how gear works

got caught in a proper downpour on the walk to my car. february weather makes no sense whatsoever

currently stress-eating leftover holiday cookies while planning tomorrow's training schedule. balance, right?

traffic on the expressway this morning was moving at a snail's pace. someone definitely didn't know how to drive in cold conditions 😅

one of my cats knocked over a plant and somehow managed to avoid all the dirt. she's a criminal mastermind

this song came on shuffle and reminded me why i got into music in the first place. those moments hit

The coffee shop had the door open today and for 3 whole seconds I felt like summer was possible

scrolling through maps at midnight looking for hidden gems. this is my cardio now

St. Patrick's Day and I'm out here wearing green but mostly because everything else is in the laundry

vet bill came in and i'm now a professional at pretending i don't see numbers

Started a new audiobook and suddenly my 45-minute commute doesn't feel like a slow death. Progress.

why do people insist on stopping abruptly on the bus. common sense is dead #transitlife

my new year's resolution to check the forecast before making plans is already paying off. no more surprise cancellations

groundhog day came and went and honestly? still feels like winter. where are the crocuses. i need proof of spring.

the year is young, my coffee is cold, and my to-do list is infinite. living the dream

step count today was embarrassing but i'm not apologizing for the cozy vibes indoors

Groundhog Day took one look at the forecast and said 'six more weeks' like we needed the reminder 😅

the cozy winter vibes are hitting and honestly all i want is to be horizontal with a book and zero obligations

valentine's day reminder that i'm in love with deadlifts and also with sleep. both treat me well
