the crocuses are actually here and they're tiny and perfect and i'm weirdly emotional about seasonal change right now.

transit was a nightmare this morning. someone's suitcase took up two seats. felt very seen by that energy tbh

why are cravings always strongest on the days i meal prepped healthy food. the universe has jokes

day 4 of potty training and my son just peed on the cat. the cat is not amused. i am laughing at 6am.

cold weather is just an excuse to stay inside with blankets and books and i'm not mad about it

why is it so dark at 4pm? not the vibe. gives me major motivation to just stay inside and cook all day though

spent an hour photographing the same flower bed in different light. the golden hour stuff is UNREAL. forgot to eat lunch.

that restaurant downtown changed their sourdough supplier and honestly? gerald's still better. no I'm not biased

the weather app is lying. it said drizzle. it was a downpour. my sketchbook smells like wet wool now

ran 5 miles this morning and the last mile was all downhill which felt like cheating but i'm not complaining 🏃

why is October the best month for running. the air is just *right* and the scenery doesn't suck either 🍂

my transit app says the bus is 12 minutes late. the driver is probably also over this weather. we're all suffering.

why do people get road rage in november. we're all just trying to get through the month
