reading 3+ books a week in january because apparently i'm trying to read my feelings

january slump hit but then i picked up a new book and suddenly i'm motivated again. weird how that works

this thriller made me gasp on public transit and i'm pretty sure the guy next to me thought i was okay 😅

someone asked me what my hobbies are and i just said 'books' for five minutes. they seemed concerned

2am reading sessions are becoming a problem but also like... is it really a problem

podcast rec: this true crime one is so good i forgot about the traffic jam. that's when you know

the heating in my apartment is broken so basically i'm reading under three blankets like a very cozy hermit

just bought my third new release this month. my shelf is judging me but my heart is happy

commute observation: everyone on the train looks either miserable or deeply invested in something. i'm team deeply invested

why do thrillers hit different at night when it's freezing outside and dark at 5pm

the library has their january sale section and i may have lost control of my spending #bookishproblems

cold weather is just an excuse to stay inside with blankets and books and i'm not mad about it

my book club is arguing about whether the twist was foreshadowed and i've never been more alive

audiobook playing while i'm stuck in traffic and honestly the story is better than my rage would've been 📚

finished a book at 2am last night and now i'm a zombie at work but it was SO worth it

just realized i've been wearing the same sweater for four days straight. winter + thriller reading = no time for laundry
